I bought this luscious shimmer hand dyed lace yarn and couldn't figure out what to make as the colors are so bright and vibrant. The yarn is so light and airy and I thought a shawl or wrap would be a perfect fit.
Then I came across the Rock Island design and fell in love immediately.

The pattern was easy to follow until I got to the main rock island chart. My stitches were off so I unraveled the whole thing and was left with the edging.
I can't decide what to do with the edging and I don't want my hard work go to waste. Any suggestions?
