There's nothing like working with fresh flowers to create bouquets for a wedding. The smell that fills the room is so pleasant and almost relaxing. When working to build a bouquet, each flower is unique in its own way and they come together to form a unique piece of art!!
When the bride approached me to create purple, lavender and white bouquets, kissing balls, and boutonnieres for her wedding, her vision was to have 3 different types of flowers with one being white, another lavender, and another purple. I was nervous about it at first because I was not sure what kind of purple and lavender colors I would find in the Fall.
Needless to say everything came out great except I need to master the art of making kissing balls with fresh flowers :D (Click the link to see how you can make Rose petal kissing balls using crepe paper).
Anyway the bride was happy and so was I.

I like the different color variations in the next picture. Depending on the lighting, the flowers took on different shades of purple or lavender.
